  Necessity of Seasons

Necessity of Seasons.
They say a simple spark can set a forest into fire.

Then I'll say, a simple response can set an impact to the seasons of your life.
In this case, my negative, appalling response has set me into a season of brokenness, a season of resentment and a season of doubt.

All in all, it wasn't about the content of my seasons, but the response that either grows me or set me tumbling down a hill. What I've learnt from this lesson is that my consistent God, is always here for the inconsistent me.

We all have to make decisions in life, sometimes we make decisions that builds us, sometimes we make decisions that tears us. We make good decision, we make bad decisions. We make decisions during the uncertainty, we make predictable but un-beneficial decisions and vice versa.

Honestly I hate making big decisions, but on a contrary, I love the freedom of making decisions because I get to choose what I liked to do. But before I throw my head towards the wall with the impulsiveness of my decisions, all I could do is to surrender all these decisions unto the One who knows what's best for me, and have my life already planned out even before I was born.

In this season of mess, Lord I pray that you will give me the comfort that I need, when everything else seemed hopeless and unworthy to wait for. I choose, to press on trusting, waiting and enduring this season in faith that you're with me.
